အခု ဒီရက္ပိုင္းအတြင္းမွာ update မျဖစ္တဲ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ ဘေလာ့ခ္ေလးကို လာလည္ေနတာ ေတြ႕ရေတာ့ အရမ္းအားနာတာပဲဗ်ာ။ ေန႕စဥ္ေရးခ်င္ေပမယ့္ ကိစၥဝိစၥက ရွဳပ္ေနေတာ့ မေရးျဖစ္တာပါ။ လတ္တေလာ ကိုင္ထားတဲ့ project လက္စသပ္ဖို႕ က်န္ေနတာရယ္၊ ေနာက္ထပ္ ေရးရမယ့္ အသစ္အတြက္ အစီအစဥ္ဆြဲေနရတာနဲ႕ အေတာ္ကို busy ျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။

10 things to keep in mind when changing a site design

After reading 10 things to keep in mind when changing a site design written by Thomas McMahon at Online Marketing Blog , I need to consider about those things if I'm planning to launch my new web site. Thomas what he wrote is :

When you create a new site design, you should always remember a few key points. If you don’t, not only is it bad for search engines, but also visitors.

1. Consider keeping the same file naming structure so that it will be easier for spiders to re-crawl the new site and peoples bookmarks don’t return 404 error pages.
2. 301 Redirect all old or changed URLs to the new corresponding page.
3. Create 404 error pages so that when errors occur, visitors get a nice message with the site’s look and feel.
4. Look for broken links that may have come up as the site architecture changes a bit.
5. Create a site map for your visitors so if they feel lost, they have a listing of all the pages on the site.
6. Create an XML site map to submit to Google (Google Webmasters), Yahoo and MSN to make them aware of all new URLs. (you can create .xml site map by using Site map Generator from xml-sitemaps.com but limited for free)
   
7. Keep the content the same as much as possible to keep any rankings. This ties into #1 as a file name change can also effect rankings.
8. Keep the title tags the same as much as possible to keep any rankings.
9. If changing domains or page names, consider updating links in directories or on other sites if possible. You don’t want to loses those links you previously had. Worst case scenario, 301 redirect them.
10. Tell your SEO before you make the new site live so they can help prevent any issues.

Choking victim

A choking victim can't speak or breathe and needs your help immediately. Follow these steps to help a choking victim:

1. From behind, wrap your arms around the victim's waist.
2. Make a fist and place the thumb side of your fist against the victim's upper abdomen, below the ribcage and above the navel.
3. Grasp your fist with your other hand and press into their upper abdomen with a quick upward thrust. Do not squeeze the ribcage; confine the force of the thrust to your hands.
4. Repeat until object is expelled.

Note : Don't slap the victim's back. (This could make matters worse.)

1. Use IP address - This is the simplest way to bypass domain name based access restrictions. Instead of the domain name such as www.webstuffscan.com use the direct IP address. To find the IP address use one of the free host to IP online conversion tools such as this.

2. Use Google cache - If you are not bothered whether the content is latest on a site, Google cache is best. Do a Google search for the site and then click on the cached link below the search results.

ဥပမာ။ ။ www.yahoomail.com လို႕ Google မွာရွာပါ။ Google ကျပလာတဲ့ http://www.yahoomail.com result ပါတဲ့ လင့္ခ္က Cached ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

3. Use an Anonymizer - In this method you access a third party site which in turn routes your request to the required server. Some services provide URL encryption also. The problem is that most of these servers are no longer free. Do a google search for the latest list as this is a very dynamic area :) Following are some services which still works(free!),

4. Use Online Translation Tools - In this method, we can use the translation service as a web proxy. Following are the best links I know of. Again Google is your best friend for more resources.
ဘာသာျပန္ ေတြ သံုးပါ။ ဥပမာ Bable Fish တို႕ Google Translate တို႕လိုေပါ့။

5. Use Google Mobile search - Google mobile search works, but output may not be optimal. This is very similar to using a Web proxy.
သံုးၾကည့္ပါ။ ေျပာထားတဲ့အတိုင္းေတာ့ စမ္းၾကည့္တာ ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ အလုပ္မျဖစ္ရေတာ့ တစ္ျခားနည္းေပါ့။

6. Use a public Proxy server - There are many free proxy servers out in the Web. Note that in order to use these you have to change internet connection settings in Internet Explorer or whatever browser you use. This is one such list.

7. Get web pages via email - This is useful if you need a single Web page. Obviously accessing large files is not possible. Given below are some examples.

8. Use Tor Distributed Proxy - Tor is an advanced proxy server using multiple anonymous servers for a single Web request. This requires an application to be downloaded and installed.
ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ရိုးသားစြာ ေျပာရမယ္ဆိုရင္ ဒါကို ၾကားေတာင္ မၾကားဖူးပါ။ စမ္းၾကည့္ၾကပါေလ။

9. Your own proxy server - This is an advanced technique and is probably the best. This requires your own proxy server hosted either at your home or at a hosting service provider. You can enable SSL encryption and prevent any snooping on the content as well. Also put some access control, otherwise someone can find the service and misuse it (Trust me, there are many who are looking for such an opportunity!).

Use Apache Web server as proxy server - A bit complex setup.
Use Privoxy - - This is the recommended approach. Please see this page for more details.
Use PHPProxy as a Web Proxy - You can use PHPProxy to setup a Web proxy.

10. Use alternate content providers - When everything fails, you can use alternate service providers. For example if Gmail is blocked at your place, you can take another obscure mail address and enable email forward at Gmail.

Thousands of Rats in India Temple

You'll see thousands of rats in Karni Mata temple while you're travelling to north western india. Karni Mata temple, this Hindu temple was constructed by Maharaja Ganga Singh in the early 1900s as a tribute to the rat goddess, Karni Mata.
Tourist and workshippers come there to see, pray and hope to have the rats run across their feet for good luck. And they eat food and drink milk or water previously taken by rats to bless highest. There are four or five white rats out of all of the thousands of rats in the temple which are considered to be especially holy.
Another interesting thing is that there has never been an outbreak of plague or other ratborne illness among the humans who have visited. That sounds strange. Because we only know that rats are living in dirty places and carry many diseases. Actually, the rats in this temple eating good foods and don't go outside and the rats outside from the temple don't come inside. ည ၁၀ နာရီ ၄၅ေလာက္ ရွိေနပါၿပီ။ ၾကည့္လက္စ National Geographic ကလာတဲ့ သဲကႏၱာရမွာ ေရရွားတုန္း ရွိတဲ့ေရအိုင္ေလးမွာ အသက္ကို ဖက္နဲ႕ထုပ္ၿပီး အႏၱရာယ္ႀကီးတဲ့ မိေက်ာင္းေတြကိုေတာင္ မမႉပဲ ေရရရွိေရးအတြက္ လာေရာက္ အတူတူေနထိုင္တဲ့ တိရိစာၦန္ေတြ အသက္မေသပဲ သီသီေလးလႊတ္လာခဲ့တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းေတြကို ပိတ္ၿပီး ထြက္လာခဲ့လိုက္တယ္။
ဒီေန႕ ကားလမ္းတစ္ေလွ်ာက္ ရွင္းလင္းေနပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္ New Year မွာ ရႉပ္ေထြးမေနသလဲလို႕ေတာင္ အံ့ၾသေနမိပါတယ္။ ျမဘုရား မေရာက္ခင္ ဘုရင့္နန္းေတာ္နား နီးလာေတာ့မွပဲ ဟိုတစ္ခု ဒီတစ္ခု ေတြ႕ရေတာ့တယ္။ အမ်ားစုကလည္း ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားေတြခ်ည့္ပါပဲ။ ဘုရင့္နန္းေတာ္အေရွ႕ ျဖတ္လာေတာ့ စစ္သားအမ်ားစု နဲ႕ စစ္ကားေတြကို ထပ္ေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ ဟိုတစ္ခါလို ျပန္ျဖစ္ၿပီးလားလို႕ေတာင္ စိတ္ထဲေတြးေနမိပါတယ္။


ျမဘုရားေရာက္ေတာ့ မိသားစု အနည္းစုကိုသာ ေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႕ ေစာမ်ားေစာေနသလားလို႕ နာရီကို ၾကည့္ေတာ့ ၁၁နာရီ နဲ႕ မိနစ္ ၂၀ ေတာင္ ေက်ာ္လာပါၿပီ။ အတူပါလာတဲ့ အစ္ကိုကို ေစာေသးလို႕ လူမမ်ားတာလားလို႕ ေမးၾကည့္ေတာ့ အရင္တစ္ခါ ၁၀ နာရီေလာက္နဲ႕တင္ လမ္းပိတ္လုမတတ္ လူမ်ားေနၿပီ။ အခု ဘာျဖစ္တာလဲ မသိဘူးလို႕ေတာင္ သူလည္း ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ကို ျပန္ေျပာပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ အစ္ကို႕ သူငယ္ခ်င္းဆီက ဖုန္းလာပါတယ္။ ေနရာအနံ႕ ဗုန္းေတြကြဲတယ္ဆိုတာပါ။ အထူးသျဖင့္ Countdown ကို အႀကီးအက်ယ္လုပ္တဲ့ ေနရာေတြမွာ ကြဲတယ္လို႕ သတင္းရတယ္လို႕ ေျပာပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ေျပာတဲ့ သူ႕သူငယ္ခ်င္း ကိုယ္တိုင္လည္း ေရေရရာရာ မသိဘူးလို႕ ေျပာတာနဲ႕ ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္လည္း အိမ္က ပါလာတဲ့ ဖေယာင္းတိုင္ထြန္းၿပီး ဆုေတာင္း ေမတၱာပို႕သပါတယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ “ကမၻာေပၚမွာ ရွိၾကကုန္ေသာ ၇ရက္သားသမီးအေပါင္း ကိုယ္စိတ္ႏွစ္ျဖာ က်န္းမာပါေစ၊ ခ်မ္းသာပါေစ၊ အႏၱရာယ္ကင္း ေဘးရွင္းပါေစ” လို႕ အထပ္ထပ္ ဆုေတာင္းေနမိပါတယ္။
